Pixie does Topshop

Here's a nice little video of Pixie Geldof shooting in some new Topshop gear for British Vogue. She also currently has a collection of Topshop clothes edited by her, featuring on the site and in the Oxford Street Topshop branch, which is full of pretty white shirts and dresses to classic cuts and army prints. Definitely one to take a look at.

I need to christen this dress

I bought this gorgeous mock denim tie dye dress at the weekend, as well as getting bought these beautiful shoes last week, and I just can't stop trying them on and making new outfit combinations. I can't express to you how much I adore these shoes, they're stunning and comfortable (as my night out last Thursday proved), but I haven't worn this dress out yet. An excuse to go out on Thursday again? I think so.

As I wandered, mesmerised, in a dream like state around London's Oxford Street Topshop on Saturday, I came across these boots. What came after can only be described as feelings of extreme love, longing and lust, so when I was told they were sold out in Size 6 I felt like I'd just broken up with a very beautiful, very brief boyfriend. Well imagine my glee when I found out they hadn't sold out in size 6 online. And my wonderful mother has decided to contribute some money towards them. Ecstatic doesn't cover it. 

I'm aware they look a bit gross here, but in real life they're delicious.

 

Monki

Whilst in London at the weekend, I stumbled upon a shop called Monki on Carnaby Street, and I am so happy I did. It sells simple yet classic garments with a modern twist at bargain prices ( a plus for me as I'm skint at the moment), and I purchased a plain black, shift dressesque playsuit and a sheek and classic grey bodycon skirt. That's another shop down on my London shopping route!
